You are talking to an AI representative that works on behalf of this institution within an approved and limited scope.

It does not diagnose, prescribe, set medication doses or choose treatment, and it does not replace a licensed health professional.

How HealBridge works

Four steps, and a person at the end of every one of them.

Who is listed

Three kinds of listing

HealBridge lists institutions, independent clinics and individual professionals. A centre's operating authorisation and a person's entitlement to practise are different claims, from different registers, and they never share a mark.

  • Institutions

Hospitals and licensed centres. The claim on the card is an operating authorisation, not the standing of anyone who works there.

  • Independent clinics

A clinic listed in its own name. The claim is the same as for an institution: the centre is authorised to operate. It is not a named person's standing.

  • Professionals

A named person. This list will not show a verified mark or a checked date until a professional-standing source is signed.

You describe what you need

In your own words, in any language the service runs in. What you write is used to find the right service, and never to decide anything clinical about you.

You see who can help

Institutions, independent clinics and individual professionals. A listing is not a ranking, and a name here is not a standing check: the directory does not yet run the lookup that would put a date on the card.

You ask, and a person answers

Your request reaches the institution. A person there confirms it, and the confirmation carries a receipt naming the system it came from, so you can tell a real booking from a message about one.

A human takes over whenever it matters

Any surface can hand over to a named person, and does so as soon as a question stops being about access and starts being about care. While someone has taken a case over, the automated layer stays silent.
